Our Privacy Policy was created on Jun. 1, 2022. From this date onwards, this Privacy Policy will be able to provide details about how we manage the Personal Data you disclose with using our products and services.

This Privacy Policy describes how Shenzhen Smart-lion Technology Co., Ltd. In order to provide HumidiCup App service, to connect, manage Smart-lion wireless devices in safety, we maybe collect your information of HumidiCup account, your mobile smart terminate, Smart-lion wireless devices, updating HumidiCup App and Smart-lion wireless devices. The information will be used for connection, detection of nearby Smart-lion wireless devices and devices management. For example,

1.1 HumidiCup Account including HumidiCup Account, nickname, mobile phone number,email

1.2 Information on your smart terminal equipments including MAC address, equipment ID, operating system version, system language, setting country or region, Version of HumidiCup App.

1.3 Information of Smart-lion wireless devices. Smart devices connected via Bluetooth: device Mac address, device ID, Smart device software and firmware version number information. Smart devices connected via WI-FI: WI-FI information (SSID, BSSID, Wi-Fi Mac address, Wi-Fi password.

1.4 Feedback from Users. We maybe collect feedback problems you send to us, feedback log, and the phone number or email address you provide. This information will be used to give us a better understanding of your problems and to contact you.

2. How Do We Protect Your Personal Data?

We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to authorization controls. While we are dedicated to securing our systems and Services, you are responsible for securing and maintaining the privacy of your password(s) and Account/profile registration information and verifying that the Personal Data we maintain about you is accurate and current. We will process your submission within a reasonable amount time, after which, we will abide by your request and no longer collect, use, and/or disclose your personal data.

Please recognize that your withdrawal of consent may result in some legal consequences. Depending on the extent of your withdrawal of consent for us to process your personal data, it may mean that you will not be able to enjoy part or all of Smart-lion products or services.

Your continued use of the HumidiCup App will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
